Chef Bio_____________________________________________ Chef Bob Weltner is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and the executive chef of Cranberry's for the past 10 years, he brings his years of expertise and creativity to food preparation & catering. Bob has also worked at the prestigious Marco Island Marriott, the Fromagarie Restaurant in Rumson, Santino's and Summerwind Cafe. Bob's inspiration for Italian cooking comes from many hours cooking with his grandmother and mom, making meatballs, Sunday gravy, escarole and beans, and homemade pastas.
